ANZAC Day 2013

Fellow Aussies and Kiwis & Friends,

As in previous years, this year’s London Ontario

ANZAC Day Dawn Service

will be held at:

Wolseley Barracks

On Thursday April 25

commencing at 5:45AM

at the Royal Canadian Regiment (RCR) memorial on Oxford Streeet.

 Following the ceremony, breakfast will be served at the Officers' Mess at a nominal cost of $10 per person, after which a traditional game ‘Two-Up’ will be played in the ante room.

In order to finalize catering numbers please advise via email by Wednesday April 18th  if you are going to attend the service with numbers of adults and children. The service starts at 5:45am sharp and it is recommended to arrive at 5:30am to ensure getting a parking space in time for the service.

Dress is coat and tie or uniform for service personnel.

No jeans are allowed in the Officers' Mess.

AUSTRALIA DAY - 2013

G'day Aussie and Kiwi Mates, 

For those of you not on Facebook, here are the details for Australia Day this year:

Our Annual Australia Day Bash is for Aussies and adopted Aussies (i.e. their Canadian family, Kiwis etc.) from London and surrounding areas.

As usual, it will be held at "The Barking Frog”, on the corner of Richmond and John Streets, downtown London on January 26th (a Saturday this year), from 6:30 pm.  Come dressed in your best Aussie gear - there will be prizes.

Cost is $10 per adult, $5 per child over 12. Cash Bar for drinks.

Please don't drink and drive.
